Abdulhamid ADAM received his bachelor's and master's degrees in economics from Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Turkey, in 2017. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Turkey, in 2023. He has ten years of experience in teaching, translation, and real estate marketing in Turkey. Currently, he holds positions as the University Vice President for Scientific and Academic Affairs and as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Zaytoonah International University in Azaz- Aleppo, Syria. Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulhamid Adam has been a member of the African Academy of Advanced Studies (AAAS) since December 2023. Asst. Professor Dr. Abdulhamid Adam has participated in numerous scientific conferences and has published multiple research papers in Turkish, English, and Arabic. His areas of research interest are Islamic work ethics, Islamic human resources management, Islamic leadership, Islamic economy, Islamic management and Strategic management.
